Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1409 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Prospect Place and St. Marks Avenue, the interior lot is near the Park Place subway station, served by the S train. Nigel Boyden is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 12,291 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,229 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have rooftop terraces on the fifth and sixth floors, and five enclosed parking spaces.
Stephen Conte of StudiosC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
