The affordable housing lottery has launched for Bedford Beverly Phase 2, a four-building complex at 2201 Beverley Road and 2366 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architects and Durukan Design, and developed by Clipper Equity, the structures yield a total 653 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 196 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $103,303 to $227,500. New tenants have a two-month free rent off on one- and two-year lease terms.
Amenities include a gym, spa, media room, party room, coworking spa, pet-friendly policies, garage with assigned parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage lockers, shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, recreation room, children’s playroom, business center, rooftop terrace, and an on-site resident manager.
Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, patios or balconies, energy-efficient appliances, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 73 studios with a monthly rent of $2,869 for incomes ranging from $103,303 to $168,480; 66 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,996 for incomes ranging from $108,343 to $189,540; and 57 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,238 for incomes ranging from $118,560 to $227,500.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 11, 2026.

Good stuff, should have been 3x taller though.
25 floor towers at each end of the base.
This of course is likely prevented by the zoning designation.
I’d like to see the city create a new zoning blanket that would specifically encourage thinner towers atop this scale of development along transit rich corridors.
Not bad and not out of scale with neighborhood. Near King’s Theatre. Funny to see the cybertruck and range rover.
