505 Summit Reaches Completion At 505 Summit Avenue In Jersey City, New Jersey

Panepinto Properties has completed construction at 505 Summit, a 53-story residential tower in Jersey City, New Jersey. The mixed-use development brings 605 rental residences to the neighborhood, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, along with 3,200 square feet of retail space and a landscaped public plaza. New York-based HLW International designed the building, while Greystar will serve as property manager.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for The Pecora, a 26-story residential building at 41-08 Crescent Street in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Dan Ionescu Architects and developed by Watermark Capital Group, the structure yields 184 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 56 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $117,703 to $227,500.

Commercial real estate investment services Matthews recently listed for sale the site of 900 Broad Street, a proposed 53-story mixed-use skyscraper in Newark, New Jersey. Designed by INOA Architecture, the 610-foot-tall structure would yield 490 rental units with accompanying amenities, a 44-key hotel, and 178 above-ground parking spots. The property is bounded by Broad, Lafayette, and Green Streets.

Master Plan Under Review For New Amsterdam And Colonial New York

The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) has proposed a master plan to install curb extensions and pedestrian ramps within the landmarked Street Plan of New Amsterdam and Colonial New York in Lower Manhattan. The proposal, presented to the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) on Tuesday, seeks approval for a coordinated program of accessibility and streetscape upgrades at several intersections within the historic street network. The project area is located in Manhattan’s Financial District and includes multiple sites where pedestrian infrastructure would be reconstructed while maintaining the historic street alignment.
