Permits have been filed for a 13-story mixed-use building at 1084 Pacific Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Classon Avenue and Franklin Avenue, the interior lot is near the Franklin Avenue subway station, served by the A and C trains. Joseph Banda of Ranco Capital LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 133-foot-tall development will yield 53,826 square feet, with 48,061 square feet designated for residential space and 5,765 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 71 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 676 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 32-foot-long rear yard.
Shmuel Wieder of S. Wieder Architect P.C. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed for a single-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
