Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 3038 Wilson Avenue in Laconia, The Bronx. Located between Adee Avenue and Burke Avenue, the lot is near the Gun Hill Road subway station, served by the 5 train. Baruch Taub is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 9,646 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 803 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Navkiran Cheema of KMA Designs LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
