Designed by Gerald Caliendo Architects and developed by Darlyn Sanchez of Sharon NR Corporation, the structure yields eight residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $78,960 to $122,160.
Residences come with hardwood floors, split heating and cooling, intercoms, and patios or balconies. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including heat and stove.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,139 for incomes ranging from $78,960 to $122,160.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 1, 2026.
