Amenities include garage with assigned parking spaces, bike storage lockers, package lockers, elevator, and a rooftop terrace. Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, intercoms, air conditioning, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes stove and heat. Rent includes hot water.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are 13 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,681 for incomes ranging from $63,258 to $122,160;, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,002 for incomes ranging from $76,183 to $146,560.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $91,338 to $198,510, and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,850 for incomes ranging from $105,258 to $238,160.
