1800 Park Avenue: Construction is imminent as The Continuum Company has filed permits to start “[installation of] structural beam framing for” their 32-story residential and retail building at 1800 Park Avenue in East Harlem.
Brooklyn:
90 Troy Avenue: An anonymous developer has filed building applications for the vacant lot at 90 Troy Avenue in Crown Heights. Plans call for a 4,428 square-foot, four-story walk-up to be constructed.
606 Avenue U: The Edmond J Safra Synagogue has filed applications in conjunction with disapproved plans from 2012 to construct a three-story, 22,150 square-feet building at 601-613 Avenue U, in Sheepshead Bay. The lots have been cleared, but updated building plans have yet to be submitted.
690 Vermont Street: Plaza Homes has filed building applications to construct a three-story, two-unit residential building at 690 Vermont Street in East New York. The structure — located on the southwest corner of New Lots Avenue and Vermont Street — will span 4,340 square feet; the lot is currently vacant.
131 South 1st Street: The full build-out of 131 South 1st Street in Williamsburg has been realized, as the lots spanning 127-131 South 1st will be getting continuous four-story, two-unit buildings; the project will total six units and approximately 10,000 square-feet. Demolition of the existing one-story warehouse was approved last week; H. Holding Group is developing.
Queens:
106-26 50th Avenue: AFMM has filed building applications to construct a four-story, four-unit residential building at 106-26 50th Avenue in Corona, and Gerald J. Caliendo will be designing. An existing two-story structure has already been approved for demolition.
Staten Island:
25 Gridley Avenue: Sedona Builders LLC has filed building applications spanning the vacant lots of 23-25 Gridley Avenue in Mariners Harbor. Plans include the construction of two wood-framed residential homes that will total three units and 4,000 square-feet.
