An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 1108 Decatur Street, located on the corner of Evergreen Avenue in eastern Bushwick. The project will measure 6,925 square feet and its residential units should average 686 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. The structure will be topped by a roof terrace. Kenneth Thomas’s Hudson Valley-based firm is the applicant of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot property is currently vacant. The Chauncey Street stop on the J train is three blocks away.
