Borough Park-based B&H Management has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 594 Powell Street, in Brownsville. The project will measure 5,631 square feet and its residential units should average 663 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Reza Khamcy’s Great Neck, N.Y.-based Icon Engineering is the applicant of record. The 24-foot-wide, 2,411-square-foot property is currently vacant. The Junius Street stop on the 3 train is three blocks away.
