Renderings have been revealed for 373 Herzl Street, a six-story residential building in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Designed by INPUT and developed by Bayview Developers, the project will rise from an interior lot between Livonia and Riverdale Avenues. A unit count has yet to be revealed.
The above rendering previews the main western elevation with a straightforward rectangular massing culminating in a flat roof and bulkhead along the southern end. The façade will be composed of white and charcoal-hued paneling surrounding a uniform grid of PTAC windows. A small canopy will sit above the main entrance, and light fixtures will line the ground-floor wall.
The following images preview the lobby corridor leading to the elevators, as well as a typical open kitchen with a stone backsplash and stainless steel appliances, and a bathroom with contemporary finishes.
The property is currently occupied by a one-story, 6,000-square-foot commercial structure that was built in 1930.
The nearest subway from the ground-up development site is the 3 train at the elevated Saratoga Avenue station above Livonia Avenue.
A construction timeline for 373 Herzl Street has yet to be announced.

What’s being input to produce that output?
It always surprises me how Brooklyn has industrial buildings adjacent to residential buildings. Was there no zoning separation?
