The A-train’s trek through Queens takes it along Liberty Avenue, right through Jamaica. Down the block from the 111 St-Greenwood Avenue Station, new building applications have now been filed for four separate mixed-use structures, which will rise in place of four existing two-story buildings.

Jahmal Sabaha of JS Consulting Engineer is listed as the project’s architect, and the developer on the permits is Satyanad Nauth. The new buildings will rise three floors, and each structure will also have approximately 1,700 square feet of retail space, topped by about 2,500 square feet of residential space. That will be divided between two units, for relatively spacious apartments of about 1,250 square feet, possibly indicative of condominiums (with eight in all).
