Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 271 Mother Gaston Boulevard, in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The project will rise seven blocks away from the Atlantic Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the L train, as well as the East New York Train Station, serviced by eight lines of the Long Island Railroad. A few blocks further is the Broadway Junction Subway Station, serviced by the A and C trains, and the Alabama Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Dianping Chen will be responsible for the development.

The 40-foot tall structure will yield 6,420 square feet for residential use. Storage and accessory space will be made available in the cellar. Aside from that, the building offers no amenities for the eight residencies. Each unit averages 802 square feet, indicating rentals.

A&T Engineering will be responsible for the design.

The location is currently an undeveloped lot. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
