Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 389 Sumpter Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The project will rise seven blocks away from the Broadway Junction Subway Station, serviced by the A, C, L, J, M, and Z lines. The East New York train station is also nearby, serviced by the Long Island Rail Road. 4SE Corp will be responsible for the development.

The 50-foot tall structure will yield 5,500 square feet, to be divided between eight apartments. The average unit will be 687 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Accessory space in the cellar will be made available for the tenants of the two ground-floor apartments.

Olabanji B. Awosika Architect will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed, and an estimated completion date has not been announced.
