Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 169-13 90th Avenue, in Jamaica, Queens. The site is five blocks away from the 169th Street subway station, serviced by the F trains. Om Shakti Temple is behind the applications.
The 70-foot tall structure will yield 25,460 square feet, with 20,570 square feet dedicated to residential use. 25 apartments will be created, averaging 822 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. 13 parking spaces will be created, along with a residential lobby and rooftop recreational space.
Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects Studio will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed for the prior structure in May of 2008. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
