Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 30-09 21st Street, in Astoria, Queens. The site is six blocks away from the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. The Katsigiannis Family Trust is listed as behind the applications.

The 74-foot tall structure will yield 9,840 square feet, with 1,150 square feet dedicated to a ground floor restaurant, and 6,730 square feet for residential use. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 673 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will benefit from a lobby, a laundry room, and an outdoor rooftop terrace.

Frank Quatela Architect is the architect of record.

Demolition permits for the existing three-story structure were filed in September of 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
