Located between 29th Avenue and 30th Avenue, the corner lot is also addressed as 8-48 Astoria Boulevard. The closest public transit is 30th Avenue subway station, served by the N and W trains. Oleg Krasnitskiy is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 16,230 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 24 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 676 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
