Permits for six connected addresses have been filed for a new project spanning from 86-07 to 86-17 Kingston Place. Frank J. Quatela Architects, P.C is heading design for all of the new residential structures, located in the Queens neighborhood of Jamaica Hills, between Henley Road and Highland Avenue. Several single-family homes currently exist on the lots, for which demolition permits have not yet been filed.
86-07 Kingston Road is going to be a three-story residential building spanning just over 3,200 square feet, standing 27 feet tall and 33 feet wide, with an 18-foot front yard and a 30-foot backyard. There will be three units built inside a masonry structural system on a 3,333 square foot lot. This project will match what will be built at 86-11, 86-13 and 86-15 and 86-17 Kingston Road.
86-09 Kingston Road will be the largest of all the three-story residential buildings, standing 32 feet tall and 60 feet wide. It will also be built with a masonry structural system and measure just over 3,200 square with three units. The sites sit to the north of the F train, between the 169 Street and Jamaica-179 Street subway stations.

Any idea who is responsible for the demolition of these structures??
The location of the parcels in question is in Jamaica Estates, not Jamaica Hills (it’s actually Jamaica Hill, not Jamaica Hills as the realtors constantly misstate). Everything east of Homelawn Street is considered Jamaica Estates.
I drove past the location, and it appears that the central building suffered a pretty devastating fire
