Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-used building at 45 Graham Avenue, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Varet Street and Graham Avenue, the site is three blocks southeast of the Lorimer Street subway station on Broadway, serviced by the M and J trains. Max Weinman, property manager of Fabco Shoes, is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The concrete building will allot 24,277 square feet to residential space and 5,422 square feet to commercial space, with a total scope of 41,099 square feet. 35 units will be created, averaging 693 square feet each within the 85-foot tall structure. Based on the average unit size, this development is most likely to be rentals.
Adam Meshberg, principal of Meshberg Group, a Brooklyn-based architecture firm, is listed as the architect of record.
No demolition permits have been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
