Permits for a new six-story building at 2776 Fulton Street were filed this week. Located in East New York, Brooklyn, between Miller Avenue and Van Siclen Avenue, the proposed development site is eight blocks west of the Cleveland Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Alfred Basal of Plaza Homes is listed as the owner of the project.
The lot area is about 2,500 square feet, with a frontage of 25 feet wide. The new 64-foot tall building will carve 20 units out of the 17,382 square feet of allotted residential space. Architect Dan Damir Sehic of C3D Architecture is responsible for the design.
The lot is currently vacant, so no demolition permits should be required before construction can begin. A completion date has not yet been announced.
