Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 800 Barbey Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Linden Boulevard and Hegeman Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the New Lots Avenue subway station, served by the 3 train. Joel Fromowitz is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 30-foot-tall development will yield 6,327 square feet with 5,778 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 578 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Navkiran Cheema of KMA Designs is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
