Located between Powers Street and Ainslie Street, the interior lot is two blocks south of the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. The proposed 70-foot tall development will yield 9,641 square feet, with 7,475 square feet designated for residential space. It will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 747 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, mezzanine and 35 foot long rear yard.
Peter Pizzimenti R.A. is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed in October of 2018. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
