Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 2779 University Avenue in Kingsbridge Heights, The Bronx. Located between West 195th Street and Strong Street, the interior lot is three city blocks north of the Kingsbridge Road subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Yaniv Zohar is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot tall development will yield 9,823 square feet designated for residential space. It will have nine residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,091 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.
Wu “Woody” Chen of Infocus is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
