Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 2518 Neptune Avenue in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Located between West 25th Street and West 27th Street, the corner lot is 11 blocks west of the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station, serviced by the D, F, N, and Q trains. Vito Mancini under the 2516 Neptune LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 13,746 square feet, with 9,476 square feet designated for residential space and 4,270 square feet for community facilities. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 947 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have five enclosed parking spaces.
Henry Radusky of Bricolage Designs is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the one-story building on the lot. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
