New renderings have been released for the upcoming 37-story condominium tower 611 West 56th Street, aka 823 Eleventh Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen. The first project in the United States for Portuguese architect Alvaro Siza, the white limestone-clad structure will rise 450 feet tall and contain 80 units. The rectangular site is located at the corner of West 56th Street and Eleventh Avenue and is being developed by Sumaida + Khurana and LENY.

The latest renderings show a close-up of the façade as well as the changing colors of its limestone at sunset.

The interiors for all of the one-, two- and three-bedroom residences are being designed by Gabellini Sheppard Associates. A penthouse and duplex maisonettes will sit at the top and include their own private outdoor terraces, providing unobstructed views of the Hudson River and setting sun, the supertalls of Billionaires’ Row, the Empire State Building, and Hudson Yards. Sales of the homes will begin this fall and be led by Debra LaChance, Leonard Steinberg, and Therese Evans of Compass.

The closest subways are the A, B, C, D, and 1 trains, located three avenues to the east at Columbus Circle, as is the nearest entrance to Central Park and the Shops at Columbus Circle at the Time Warner Center. Hudson River Park is less than fives minutes to the west by foot and DeWitt Clinton Park is two blocks to the south.

A completion date for 611 West 56th Street has not been announced yet.
