Development partners LIVWRK and CIM Group have launched sales this week for 111 Montgomery, a new condominium tower in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The 12-story structure is located on the northeast boundary of Prospect Park adjacent to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and will offer 163 residences.
Designed by Fisher+Makooi Architects with interiors by Mesarch Studio, available condominiums range in size from studios to three-bedroom units. A select number of residences will also include private outdoor space.
Outdoor amenities include a landscaped roof terrace with outdoor cooking, lounge, and entertainment areas, and a community garden at the ground floor of the property. Residents will also have access to an indoor lounge, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, storage areas for bicycles and packages, and a fitness room.
“Until now, if you wanted to live in Crown Heights, you only really had two options: a rental or a co-op,” said Christine Blackburn, a sales director with Compass Development. “111 Montgomery fills an immediate need for a brand-new luxury condominium in the neighborhood and at an attainable price point, with an attractive combination of elevated design, service, and value.”
Occupancy is expected by 2020.

“…located on the northeast boundary of Prospect Park adjacent to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden…”
The Brooklyn Botanic Garden is NOT part of Prospect Park! It’s is across Flatbush Avenue, is surrounded by fencing, and charges an extrance feee.
Nice views from that roof.
