Permits have been filed for a seven-story apartment building at 112 Seaman Avenue in Inwood, Manhattan. Located between West 204th Street and Payson Avenue, the through lot is two blocks from the 207 Street subway station, serviced by the A train. Mahmoud Saab under the 112 Seaman Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 83-foot tall development will yield 24,655 square feet, with 20,263 square feet designated for residential space. It will have 27 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 750 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 37-foot-long rear yard.
Matt Markowitz is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Hope for the best and not that numbing number on the corner.
The lot is “vacant” because the owner tore down the beloved and historic Twin Houses
