Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 43-34 53rd Street in Woodside, Queens. Located between Roosevelt Avenue and Queens Boulevard, the lot is one block south of the 52 Street-Lincoln Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Jaime Lopez of Skylimit Construction LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 20,981 square feet, with 15,942 square feet designated for residential space and 2,679 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 24 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 664 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Robert Lin of A&T Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in June. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
