Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 159 Lott Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Tilden Avenue and Beverley Road, the lot is five blocks west of the Beverley Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Mikel Jeremias of All State Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 16,166 square feet, with 12,809 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and ten enclosed parking spaces.
Richard Bienenfeld Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
