Permits have been filed for a seven-story apartment building at 1120 St. Johns Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Albany Avenue and Kingston Avenue, the lot is two blocks north of the Kingston Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 train. Zev Steinmetz of Complete Development Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 62,230 square feet, with 45,706 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 75 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 609 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 27 enclosed parking spaces.
Scott Loikits of Greenberg Farrow is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in May of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
