Permits have been filed for a 15-story residential building at 180 East 132nd Street in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Located between Lincoln Avenue and Alexander Avenue, the lot is closest to the 3rd Avenue-138th Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Isaac Feuerwerger of Carnegie Management Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 153-foot-tall development will yield 224,220 square feet, with 177,153 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 224 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 790 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 128 enclosed parking spaces.
Fischer & Makooi Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Hello and thanks to New York YIMBY: I would like to reduce the frequency of my comments, because I want others to be the first to give good feedback on development reports. I’m still alive and not missing anywhere.
Hey David
I believe 132nd street is the Southern most block in the Bronx number wise?
This building will be on the same block as the probation office. Parking is scarce during the day because of this.
