The reflective glass and decorative exterior steel beams of No.33 Park Row, aka Pearl on the Park, are close to reaching the top of the 25-story Financial District structure. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and developed by Centurion Real Estate Partners and Urban Muse, the residential tower stands 331 feet tall and will yield a total of 30 units with views facing City Hall Park and the surrounding Civic Center neighborhood.

New photos show the steel getting closer to the flat roof parapet.

The dark-colored steelwork adds texture and depth to the building, a contrast with the traditional brick and stone edifices for which Park Row and Lower Manhattan are known.

Residents facing west will have perfectly framed views of City Hall Park and landmarks like the Woolworth Building, the World Trade Center, the Four Seasons Hotel, and the Beaux Arts architecture of City Hall. Transportation is extremely convenient with a number of subways nearby at City Hall, the Oculus, and the Fulton Street subway station. Dining and entertainment options are mostly found along Broadway and tucked within the city’s irregular, historic street layout.

No. 33 Park Row is one of several projects transforming Park Row’s identity from a strictly commercial and civic hub to a lively mixed-use community.

Completion of No.33 Park Row is likely expected sometime next year.

  1. Stark industrial materials…yet the result is of almost imperceptible sophistication, captured beautifully, as usual, by Michael Young.

  2. …and the subtlety of the French balconies!

  3. Very distinguished row of buildings here.
