Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 31 Bleecker Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Bushwick Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the lot is near the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Bleecker 125 Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 5,279 square feet, with 3,803 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 633 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 34-foot-long rear yard.
Citiscape Consulting is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
