Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 910 Bergen Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Classon Avenue and Franklin Avenue, the lot is five blocks south of the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains and three blocks north of the Park Place station, serviced by the S shuttle train. Deborah Jones is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 82-foot-tall development will yield 14,599 square feet, with 11,032 square feet designated for residential space and 357 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 848 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 34-foot-long rear yard.
Constant and Brown Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
