Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 37 Brighton 2nd Place in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. Located between Brighton 2nd Lane and Brighton 3rd Street, the interior lot is near the busy crossways of Neptune Avenue and Ocean Parkway. The closest subway station is Ocean Parkway, serviced by the Q train. Vladimir Markowski is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 39-foot-tall development will yield 3,930 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 655 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a basement.
Brooklyn-based Kris Kozlowski Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed for the stalled construction project on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
