Permits have been filed for a 14-story residential building at 3054 Villa Avenue in Jerome Park, The Bronx. Located between Bedford Park Boulevard and East 204th Street, the lot is one block from the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Tony Savarese under the St. Philip Neri Apartments LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. The St. Philip Neri Apartments consist of 3054 Villa Aven with 3069 Villa Avenue are part of the 866 affordable housing units in the Bronx by Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Catholic Charities.
The proposed 138-foot-tall development will yield 96,157 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 101 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 952 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Think Architecture and Design is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Tons of new construction in this area of the Bronx.
hahaha. i don’t even understand why new residential buildings are allowed anywhere in new york. how many parking spots will their garage have? assuming a garage of course even though there was no mention. finding parking around there is already ridiculous.
Will it be for seniors and go by there income just wanting to know as my dad lives off bainbridge over 40 years and the landlord doesn’t want to fix anything and I worry about him as I don’t live in the state.
