Located between Prospect Avenue and Marmion Avenue, the through lot is a few blocks west of the West Farms Square-East Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. H Holding Group under the 788 Fairmount Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 22,422 square feet, with 18,766 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 23 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 815 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 22-foot-long rear yard.
Gerald J. Caliendo Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
