Permits have been filed for three four-story residential buildings at 99-103 Grove Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Evergreen Avenue and Central Avenue, the adjacent interior lots are five blocks from the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Daniel Yaghoubi under the 103 Grove Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall developments will each yield 6,785 square feet, with 2,500 square feet designated for residential space. The buildings will each have eight residences, with an average unit scope of 312 square feet. The masonry-based structures will also have cellars, penthouses, and 43-foot-long rear yards.
Wu Woody Chen of Infocus is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lots are vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
