Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 64-10 Wetherole Street in Rego Park, Queens. Located between 63rd Drive and 64th Road, the through lot is a short walk to the 63rd Drive-Rego Park Station subway station, serviced by the E, M, and R trains. Tahoe Development under the 64-08-64-10 Wetherole Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 20,332 square feet, with 17,271 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 26 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 664 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 26-foot-long rear yard, and eight enclosed parking spaces.
Michael Muroff Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Go live in a closet if you love it so much!!!! I think the size of apartments being built are too small thus inhumane. It’s in line with corporate greed, get as much money as possible for as little as possible
