Located between 91st Avenue and Jamaica Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Zhi Hui Li under the ZHL Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 68-foot-tall development will yield 19,927 square feet, with 14,971 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 17 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 880 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, an 87-foot-long rear yard, and two enclosed parking spaces.
Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
