Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 3069 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Located between Shepherd Avenue and Highland Place, the interior lot is two blocks west of the Norwood Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Lou Lazzinaro of 352 Arlington Avenue Corp is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 35-foot-tall development will yield 6,460 square feet, with 4,110 square feet designated for residential space and 2,055 square feet for commercial space. The building will have four residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,027 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and two enclosed parking spaces.
Joseph Palmieri of Palmar Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
