Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 200 Ashford Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Ashford Street, the lot is near the Cleveland Street subway station, served by the J train. Eric Brintauch under the Martin Abdul is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 105-foot-tall development will yield 51,343 square feet, with 48,944 square feet designated for residential space and 2,399 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 79 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 619 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in December 2025 for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Wrong address in the StreetView screenshot. 200 Ashford St is actually the white two story building at the northwestern corner of the intersection of Atlantic and Ashford St.
