Permits have been filed for a ten-story residential building at 138 New Jersey Avenue in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Located between Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue, the lot is one block north of the Liberty Avenue subway station, served by the C train. Jacob Elul of Rose Shepherd Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 100-foot-tall development will yield 49,986 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 71 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 704 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 32-foot-long rear yard and seven open parking spaces.

Stephen Conte of StudioSC Architecture PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
