Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 341 Shepherd Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Liberty Avenue and Glenmore Avenue, the lot is two blocks north of the Shepherd Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Einav Gelberg under the Shepard Towers is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 22,031 square feet, with 17,318 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 26 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 666 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 36-foot-long rear yard and five enclosed parking spaces.
P. Georgopoulos Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in August 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
