Permits have been filed for a ten-story mixed-use building at 31-23 Linden Place in Flushing, Queens. Located between 31st Road and 32nd Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Danny Wu of ABD Linden Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 102-foot-tall development will yield 16,840 square feet, with 12,543 square feet designated for residential space and 4,297 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 783 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 54-foot-long rear yard, and seven enclosed parking spaces.
Feng Zhang of Focal Point Architects & Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
