Permits have been filed for a 12-story residential building at 389 Weirfield Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the lot is one block from the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the L train. The Horizon Group under the Horizon at 391 Weirfield LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. In September the development company filed permits for a five-story residential building at 378 Weirfield Street.
The proposed 120-foot-tall development will yield 58,050 square feet, with 43,260 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 66 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 655 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 54 enclosed parking spaces.
Aufgang Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in September. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

40 parking spots 200 a month minimum. Plus hipster studios with 5 roomies. Cannot miss in terms of profit.
L train minutes away. The hippies can go to the hotter parts of the l line. And the owner can pass on maximum rent increases.
