Affordable rent for who? $2,150 month for a studio. The unemployment on the rise especially during this pandemic and people making $73,715 to $167,570, Can only apply.
I will like to be in the running for a open apartment studio are a one bedroom.
This isn’t low income housing.
Affordable to who?Gentrification is part of the new wave of racism and no this is not the people it’s the governments agenda.
My thoughts exactly.
You are right!
Well the neighborhood isn’t trying to build anything. So don’t be mad that outsiders are coming in the neighborhood and building. I’ve been in this neighborhood 40yrs.
I agree. The price is clearly not affordable and seems strategically chosen to keep certain groups out. It’s pretty disheartening.
You have to make 73 thousand i make that but im not giving all my money to bills….im not rich
Why are these homes called affordable? I work in health care and make make 58000, Can you post homes in this price range for people like me?
Do you accept cityfhep program
Are you serious what happened to real apartments for families studio 2300 affordable lol
How is this even considered affordable?
It’s not racism, it’s capitalism. If you didn’t bother buying or investing in the properties in your own neighborhood then don’t complain when someone else with more money does it for you with a higher price tag.
Do u take section 8
This is the same if not HIGHER than other low income or rent controlled housing prices BUT they are new with (gasp!) a washer and drier.
The problem is an old, ugly 1 bedroom is also 2K with NO accommodations. That isn’t affordable either its just the lowest price right now, which is overpriced for the jalopy it really is! NYC realty takes advantage of people, makes life uncomfortable and expensive and outdated. Theres no integrity or taste, or class.
Affordable that’s not affordable
The building is beautiful
Is it for sale or what?
How It’s this Affordable?
I need a Place to Live in Brooklyn NY only get $800.00 In SSI I’m Disabled with MS. Multiple Sclerosis and Virtually Impaired Need A place to Live and Pop peacefully To Rest and I don’t have Section 8 to help me pay so how this Affordable Housing???
Hi please please ?I need application for two bed rooms
I have never had to deal with worse property management. Non-responsive. Basic maintenance requests would take months of constant reminders on my part to prompt any action. They insult your intelligence: there was a problem with my brand new unused drier and their response (at long last) was essentially to try turning it off and on. Their video intercom system fails to work a majority of the time—making dealing with delivery drivers and Amazon drop offs a constant headache. And then there were just inexplicable examples of corner-cutting and cheap lazy shoddy craftsmanship with my building: a ceiling light fixture that was literally just a hole and a plate with no wiring or bulb behind them, the packaging tap on the elevator for MONTHS until we residents slowly peeled it off, etc. Go with ANY other property management company.
