Residential amenities include garage parking, a shared laundry room, gym, yoga/dance studio, pool, party room, children’s playroom and playground, business center, outdoor terrace, on-site resident manager, concierge, dog park, bike storage lockers, laundry service, common area Wi-Fi, recreation room, a rooftop terrace, doorman, recycling center, and community events and classes.
