The affordable housing lottery has launched for 336-338 East 28th Street, a four-story residential building in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The development yields six residences and is designed by S. Wieder Architect. Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $139,620.
Amenities include split units for heating and cooling, a shared laundry room, and rooftop access. Some units will have private balconies.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a $1,850 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $63,429 to $139,620.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 7, 2021.

We all know that’s not affordable housing. Soon all the working class will be moving out of state politicians are forcing us out I guess politicians and the rich will have to do the work of the middle class and the poor jobs.
