The 211,406-square-foot development is designed by Dattner Architects and will yield 218 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 175 units for residents at 30 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $14,640 to $118,400.

At 30 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a $354 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $14,640 to $28,650, ten one-bedrooms with a $456 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $18,480 to $32,220, five two-bedrooms with a $557 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $22,835 to $38,670, and two three-bedrooms with a $637 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $26,503 to $44,400.

At 40 percent of the AMI, there are seven studios with a $511 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $20,023 to $38,200, 15 one-bedrooms with a $652 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $25,200 to $42,960, eight two-bedrooms with a $792 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $30,892 to $51,560, and three three-bedrooms with a $908 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $35,795 to $59,200.
At 50 percent of the AMI, there are seven studios with a $667 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $25,372 to $47,750, 15 one-bedrooms with a $848 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $31,920 to $53,700, eight two-bedrooms with a $1,027 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $38,949 to $64,450, and three three-bedrooms with a $1,179 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $45,086 to $74,000.
At 60 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a $824 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $30,755 to $57,300, 17 one-bedrooms with a $1,043 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $38,606 to $64,440, 17 two-bedrooms with a $1,262 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $47,006 to $77,340, and five three-bedrooms with a $1,451 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $54,412 to $88,800.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are 11 studios with a $1,137 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $41,486 to $76,400, 18 one-bedrooms with a $1,435 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $52,046 to $85,920, nine two-bedrooms with a $1,731 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $63,086 to $103,120, and five three-bedrooms with a $1,993 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $72,995 to $118,400.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 9, 2021.
